What jumps to the eyes of this "Gestures of the unknown" by Mario Raciti is the figure on the left, a brushstroke of yellow enclosed between two black semi-ovals. On closer inspection, in the form it follows the logo printed on the suits of the Italian athletes who are part of the 2020 Olympic expedition. We cannot think of such a long clairvoyance of Raciti. Pushing us further with fantasy this can also be an erotic figure, memories or desires of Raciti.
