Short Review
This lithograph is one of those made by Christo on the occasion of the packaging of the monument to Vittorio Emanuele in Piazza del Duomo in Milan. It is a collage of pieces of wrapping paper on a cardboard. On the paper Christo shows brown lines, which simulate the ropes with which the fabric was fixed to the monument, and some thick white signs, as done by pastel, which serve to give three-dimensionality to the representation. In the background on the right you can see the Duomo and on the left the profile of one of the buildings that surround the square.
