This work by Salvo seems to us a panoramic glimpse of a Mediterranean marine. In fact, there are all the typical elements for the definition we have just given. The sea in depth, the maritime pine, the cypress, the palm and the house whose square shape is typical of Mediterranean rural architecture. The background colors of the work are blended with Salvo's usual mastery. In fact, the color goes from blue tending to fuchsia on the surface of the water to a very light gray as you move upwards up to the yellow-orange of the sky above the crown of the pine.
